Job TG793: Director of Third Party Manufacturing

The successful candidate will have a chance to join a global pharmaceutical and medical delivery organization that is transforming its procurement organization to become world class. This role designs and executes global sourcing strategies for over $300 million of third party manufacturing spend. It also provides strategic sourcing leadership and support to the Third Party Manufacturing organization. This candidate will spearhead the procurement process that leverages scale, maximizes relationships with suppliers, minimizes risks and drives the overall value to the business. In addition, this role engages with key business stakeholders in make versus buy analysis and works cross-functionally to create and implement procurement strategies, establishes strategic relationships with third party manufacturing supply base and develops supplier management strategies, and leads contract negotiations, implements performance based contracts and identifies opportunities to reduce total cost of ownership
