Responsibilities
- Negotiates the best possible price for commodities through complex negotiations
- Manage supplier performance and compliance with contracts
- Create strong stakeholder relationships, identify new opportunities for cost savings
- Stay current with industry trends, and changes
- Train sourcing team on technical and negotiation skills
- Develop methods of sourcing that enable effective negotiations
- Manage team with focus on recruiting and mentoring to develop talent
Qualifications
- Bachelors required, MBA a plus
- 10 years negotiation experience across IT categories
- Extensive negotiation experience with very complex technology contracts
- Intermediate MS office skills
