Highlights

This procurement role, Procurement Director, will lead the company’s largest Business Unit and focus on supporting the Sourcing and Supply Chain organizations in their continued evolution into a more progressive group.  Not only will this person lead the Procurement function, but will also be tasked with helping lead Special Projects involving Production Planning & Scheduling, Inventory Management, S&OP and other Supply Chain disciplines.  This person will have the support of Senior Management to build processes with Lean principles, implementing policies, procedures and performance metrics to increase efficiencies. This person will collaborate with manufacturing sites to set strategy with an eye towards Continuous Improvement.

 

The right candidate will have experience with Change Management and work closely with the VP of Supply Chain to execute the necessary changes to the current system.  This is a high visibility role that requires someone who can grow into a larger role within the organization over time.  This person will need to be collaborative and capable of developing the team during this culture shift, and be tasked with expanding that group as internal demand requires it.
