Highlights of Supply Chain Systems Manager Position
Working as the Supply Chain Systems Manager within the Supply Chain organization at Client, the candidate will have primary accountability for managing all supply chain information systems and reporting functionality. The Supply Chain Systems Manager‘s primary objective will be to develop and implement information mining, collection, warehousing and reporting systems to facilitate the accomplishment of Supply Chain initiatives. To accomplish this objective, the Supply Chain Systems Manager will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of supply management processes and strategies, including: strategic sourcing; supply market analysis; global sourcing/LCCS. The Supply Chain Systems Manager will work closely with internal Client customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs/objectives, material/category requirements and broader global information requirements to facilitate collaboration. Working with the Supply Chain team, the Supply Chain Systems Manager will assist in marrying this understanding of Client’s internal needs and objectives with strong information systems understanding to help develop the optimal systems and information management processes for Client.

In this regard, candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams made up of Suppliers and Client employees. This includes challenging and managing team members to optimize the overall areas of responsibility.

- Approval Flow, Supplier Connectivity, Business Rules, User Profiling
- Receiving, Matching, Invoicing, Payment
- Master Data, Lookup Data, Real-time Integration, Batch Integration, Workflow/Hooks, GL, AP, Budgets, CapEx
- e-Sourcing
- RFI, RFP, RFQ, Reverse Auction, Negotiations
- Templates, Automation, Team Management, Overall Project Management, Knowledge Management, Process Management
- Approval Flow, User Profiling, Task Management

Qualifications and/or Requirements
- BS in Business Management Science or Computer Science or related fields required.
- 4 years minimum of Systems Management experience in a Supply Chain organization.
- Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Self motivated with a proven track record as a results oriented professional.
- Superior project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
- Superior communication skills both verbal & written.
- Strong commitment to personal and professional integrity.
- Superior cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Strong Word, Excel, Access, Project and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work well internally and externally.
- Six Sigma training and Blackbelt/Greenbelt certification a definite plus
- Project manager certification a plus.
