Highlights of the Materials Manager Position

  • Be able to lead the team by example, delegating tasks as necessary.  Proper delegation will open up opportunities for the selected candidate to identify and implement process improvements throughout the department.
  • Work hand in hand with the Director of Operations, standing in for this position on occasion.  Due to the cyclical nature of our Client’s manufacturing cycle, Operations and Materials Management are closely connected.
  • Possible chance to implement a new ERP system and overhaul the distribution process.
