Fortune 600 Chemical company needed to find a Sr. VP of Supply Chain to replace the retiring incumbent.

Employment Issues

  • The CEO had a reputation of being very picky, so much so that the VP of Human Resources wished us good luck but declared we would “never” fill this search (We bet him a steak dinner we would succeed)
  • The company had an extremely narrow specification
  • Not only were they paying below market rate but demanded world class talent

Although the search was very difficult, we placed a fantastic candidate. We are still waiting to collect on our steak dinner.
