Administrative Assistant

The The Teldar Group, an executive search firm based in Old Town Scottsdale is looking for a detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Partner.   


  • Project Management – managing multiple searches simultaneously
  • Managing a hyper-busy email inbox
  • Format resumes and profiles
  • Email correspondence
  • Manage Social Media Accounts (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Set up appointments and manage the Partner’s calendar
  • Data formatting and analysis in MS Excel
  • Database Maintenance
  • Multi-tasking between phone calls to assist in administrative duties, including filing and organizing
  • Telephone duties include:
    • answering incoming calls
    • Leaving voicemails
  • Add content to websites using WordPress

What we Want

  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Excellent communication skills both on phone and in writing
  • A strong desire to learn new skills and problem solve
  • Comfortable with routine work
  • Fun
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus

He has managed consulting projects for several Fortune 500 clients on three continents, including: Raytheon, IBM, Union Bank of California, H.J. Heinz, ConAgra, Eaton, Nestle, and Lucent Technologies. Mr. Flannery holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration in Strategy from Indiana University.
